It is with great sadness that Wing Parish Council hears of the death of Her Majesty the Queen. We send our heartfelt condolences to HM King Charles III and the rest of the Royal Family on behalf of Wing residents.
Her Majesty dedicated her life to serve our Country and the Commonwealth for which we express the greatest appreciation. Throughout Her Majesty’s reign she inspired the Nation with her integrity, dignity and compassion.
While we reflect on our own memories, our thoughts are with the Royal Family.
All Saints Church flag will be flying as per official protocol. Once the Accession Council have met to proclaim our new Sovereign, the flag will be raised briefly to their full height to mark the start of His Majesty’s reign.
