We have identified that some enquiries via Facebook or the website between 1st August 2020 and 7th September 2020 were sent an auto response but may not have been responded to.
Due to an outrage in our system original enquiry messages between these dates are unrecoverable.
This problem has only affected some enquiries submitted since the 1st of August and has now been resolved.
If you made an enquiry between these dates and have not received a reply can you please resubmit your enquiry
including the approximate date and the word “REPEAT” in the text it will be attended to it as a matter of priority.
